[racket] Building Racket 5.2.1 on 64-bit Ubuntu?

I don't think it is Racket related. I'v experienced a few 100% cpu lockups
on the latest Ubuntu, including once or twice when building Racket. I just
built the latest HEAD from git without any issue.
