[racket] Racket on Ubuntu 12.04

Oh sorry, my bad, I mistook this old bug for this one:

Indeed pr12070 does not appear on my current machine either.

This pr12640 still appears though, but this one is probably no big deal and
is probably not related to the behavior Neil sees.
