[racket] First RacketCon 2011 video now available

This is really awesome to have. Big thanks to everyone who helped make
it happen.


p.s. Off the cuff idea: For future events, perhaps we could try doing
a Google+ "Hangout on Air" -- to get the "live" and the for-posterity
versions, both, in one swell foop.
