[racket] Starting xrepl question

Hi,

Windows XP SP3, Racket V5.2. Tried starting xrepl like this from the docs:

racket -il xrepl

and also started the repl and entered

(require xrepl)

and both times I'm left with a blinking cursor but can't enter anything.

What am I doing wrong?
