I can see a Haskellian, a Cleaner-upper, or a Cameleer impose the no-macros-for-thunks rule. They have always claimed that there is no need to avoid the repetition of (lambda () because it is so short. When you can't do it, just say it ain't necessary. Better, say it's bad. -- Matthias
