I'm defining a required-core-version on Moby since it requires Racket 5.0.1 and parts of the compiler depend on its particular bytecodes. However, I'm assuming that when a newer version of Racket comes out that the bytecodes may change. Is there a way to specify an upper bound on a PLaneT package?
