[racket] How to scribble HTML with no-toc

Hello,

I'm trying to 'scribble' a simple HTML document, but without the TOC
sidebar. Is there a simple way to make the top level part (i.e. my
document have the 'no-toc style)?

I really want to be able to have:

#lang scribble/doc
@(some no-toc magic)
... everything else just as it would be with toc ...


Suggestions please.
