Lightweigth implement: that makes perfect sense wrt to scheme core language

Some worries though:
- Will frame%s be oval now?
- Will we have access to mentioned handle?
- Will PLaneT be renamed "nylon"?

P.S. : I personally don't like much the Racket name, especially when I think
about talking about it in front of students, but I suppose that's a bit
late... Maybe I'll get used to it.
