[racket] DrScheme macro stepper ignoring color settings?

This is the right place. I apologize for not responding sooner.

Robby has just checked in a fix to make the macro stepper respect 
DrScheme's setting (thanks Robby!), but the macro stepper uses text 
colors other than black to convey information, and some of those are 
likely to look odd or be unreadable against a black background. I'll see 
what I can do about the colors and post again.
