[plt-scheme] how best to work without Data Grid-like widget

I have a table panel on PLaneT (
http://planet.plt-scheme.org/display.ss?package=table-panel.plt&owner=williams),
it's a kind of heavy-weight table. It is a panel than positions its children
in a grid. It's useful when you want a grid of GUI elements. It's not
exactly the same thing, but I use it quite a bit in my own GUIs.
