[plt-scheme] Paren Paralysis Sufferers Unite

Er, imagine that I didn't implement that second transformer, which can 
transform to an application of "apply".  Instead of the value of the 
text to the right of the "/" being used as a list of arguments, it 
should be used as a single argument, of course.
