[plt-scheme] Re: web server error

I was running into the same problem. DrScheme 4.1.5 on WinXP.
when I try the blog example, sometime the error pop up

Connection error: tcp-accept: accept from listener failed
(��һ�����׽����ϳ�����һ��������; errno=10038)

it doesn't happen very often.
