[plt-scheme] debugging [mini rant]

Hi Mike: I don't mean to cut this short, buy you've expressed that
sentiment quite clearly, several times, and there do not seem to be
any takers to do the actual work. As this is a volunteer project,
perhaps you should consider contributing it yourself?
