[plt-scheme] MzScheme and --main

I'm lost as to how _exactly_ should one write a program, that understands
or uses the -m/--main argument to mzscheme. I've been trying many different
combinations, but I still don't get the behavior that is described in
the documentation.

Is this argument the same as the "-e main" argument to Scsh, or is it
something completely different?
