[plt-scheme] plt web server serving .eml files as text/html

Thanks, that was perfect  -three tabs and the characters eml and it was fixed.

I was thrashing about with (make #:url->path (lambda (path) (*must
create contract here*) )#:path->mime-type (lambda (path)
#"message/rfc822")) and getting nowhere fast.
