[plt-scheme] Scribble "SCHEMEBLOCK" that doesn't interpret Scribble markup

I could use a variation on Scribble "SCHEMEBLOCK" that takes the 
contents verbatim -- no interpretation of "@", "{", etc.

What's the best way to do this?
