[plt-scheme] PLaneT: Detailed package download information

Hi,

It would be interesting to see a slightly more detailed breakdown of
package downloads on PlaneT.

For example:
- Downloads per version
- Unique downloads (perhaps per IP address, no it is not that simple
but this might be enough)
- Graph of downloads over time

That is it; just saying that it would be interesting ;).
