[plt-scheme] Starting Guide

I suggest looking at the documentation that is online and that ships
with PLT Scheme.

The online version is:

http://docs.plt-scheme.org/

At the top of the page you will find 3 tutorials and 1 guide about
starting out in PLT Scheme.
