[plt-scheme] View Keyword Docs in Emacs (Quack mode)

I am using version 372 (current) from
http://download.plt-scheme.org/drscheme/.
Maybe I should get the latest to avoid many problems that I have (not being
able to run most of the GUI apps, for example)
