[plt-scheme] (R6RS) Dr Scheme doesn't indent the 'library form correctly

PLT Scheme's R6RS support is ready for use. It's difficult to say how
mature it is, really, since it has only existed for a few months ---
though I think it's pretty solid as R6RS implementations go. :)
