[plt-scheme] Why frtime/demos/spreadsheet missing in 4.0?

Hi Larry,

The spreadsheet has not been maintained for some time, and it would
take a fair bit of work to bring it to a state where I'd feel
comfortable including it in the distribution.  I'll see what I can do
during the next couple of weeks; if I can get something working again,
I'll put it up on PLaneT.
