[plt-scheme] Foreign.ss documentation error

Hello all,

The current online docs for foreign.ss:

  http://docs.plt-scheme.org/foreign/Derived_Utilities.html#(form~20(collects~20..~20scheme~2fforeign..ss)~3a~3a_f64vector)

contain what I assume is an error in the documentation for the SRFI-4
vectors.  Docs like this are given:

  (_f64vector mode type maybe-len)

Presumably the type parameter is redundant and not in fact a parameter?
