[plt-scheme] How to "step out" of a function in the Dr Scheme debugger?

Hi Grant,

Sorry.  That feature is not yet implemented, but you can right click
on a closing paren and choose "continue to this point".  I'll look
into adding something like a "step out" in a forthcoming version.
