[plt-scheme] string delimiters in SLaTeX

Yeah, that output's definitely wrong. Not sure what's different about
your setup, tho. Do you get this:

\ZZZZschemecodeintext
\dt{{\dq}Test with hard quotes{\dq}}%
\endZZZZschemecodeintext

in your .Z1tmp.tex file (it will be called that if the tex file is
called tmp.tex)?

If so, maybe you could look into redefining the \dq macro?
