[plt-scheme] Parentheses and color

A short list of the most important key-bindings would make it easier  
to learn how to reduce mouse interaction.  The 'Show Active  
Keybindings' menu is too cumbersome, especially since it produces a  
modal dialog.

'Most useful' is arguable, but highlighting a dozen or so obviously  
useful shortcuts, like M-( , would make it easier to get started on  
learning more.
