[plt-scheme] 369.7

MzScheme and MrEd are now version 369.7 in the SVN repository trunk.

This version is mostly bug fixes and minor performance improvements,
especially for 3m. The only additions are the `string->path-element'
and `path-element->string' procedures (see the MzScheme manual).
