[plt-scheme] Can't run Dr. Scheme

Just a thought:

   1. Uninstall.
   2. Manually check the c:\Program Files\PLT   is gone
   3. Right click the installer icon,
      and ... some where ... choose to install in
      a compatibility mode (preferably Win XP).
