[plt-scheme] socat

I just found out about socat:
   http://www.dest-unreach.org/socat/doc/socat.html#EXAMPLES

I remember there were messages in the past about connecting {Dr,Mz} 
Scheme to other processes, virtual machines, etc., and when I saw  
socat, it occurred to me it could be used for that or maybe for  
automated webserver testing.
