[plt-scheme] scheme lists representing XML

We appear to have 2 "scheme XML" implimentations in plt.

Neils aims to be compatible with the SXML spec here:
http://okmij.org/ftp/Scheme/SXML.html


We also have the build in "_xml.ss_".  Is this implementation it's own
standard?  or does it try to be compatible with some spec?

Is there a reason they are differnt?
