[plt-scheme] Open File Dialog

Speaking about GUIs -- I just finished a rehack of the open-file
dialog for DrScheme (the `get-file', `get-file-list', and `put-file'
functions).  The new dialog should be easier to use.  Looking for
feedback from Unix users.
