[plt-scheme] mzgtk2 - looking for contributers

Ok, I've got access.
This will take some time.

I'll have to cleanup the mzgtk2 directory structure.
There's a dependency on SWIG and a patch over swig.
People who want to collaborate will need to download
a source distro of swig, apply the patch to it and recompile;
or get a binary distro (for windows) from me.
