AltGr means "Alternative Graphic". On european keyaboards it is situated
at the right of the space bar. I need it to get to @ £ $ { [ ] } € and
µ.

These work in Internet Explorer:

   <http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/keyboards/kbdda.htm>

Move the mouse over AltGr to see their standard settings.
