The following was recently (06/06/2006) sent to
<drscheme at packages.debian.org>, announcing that the drscheme package has
been removed from Debian testing:

FYI: The status of the drscheme source package
in Debian's testing distribution has changed.

     Previous version: 1:301-9
     Current version: (not in testing)
     Hint: <http://ftp-master.debian.org/testing/hints/vorlon>
       # 20060411; done 20060604
       Bug #356124: drscheme: Documentation license

It seems to be in response to two bug reports categorized as "Serious
policy violations" regarding documentation licensing.

Perhaps the PLT folks are aware of this already, but I wanted to bring
it to your attention just in case.
