[plt-scheme] Most recent mzc b0rked on compile-subcollections in infotab

Here's a run I did on my work machine earlier, indicating
the problem on a recent (a few hours ago) checkout.  One
data point: my MzScheme reports are being version 300, not
301.  Perhaps I have messed up my svn?
