[plt-scheme] Bug in Plot when plotting large amounts of data

Noel,

It worked for me.  I do have a patched plplot.ss file, but it should match
what is in SVN.  [The patches just affected 3D plots anyway.]  I will send
you the output separately since it's rather large.
