[plt-scheme] PLT Scheme on Debian or Ubuntu

the openGL doesn't work when using  precompiled Edgy Edge   
So I use precompiled Debian-unstable  and all work fine. 
PLT-Scheme  is really a great environment, congratulation to the PLT team  ;-)
