[plt-scheme] virus in scheme download

Check your system.  The file on the download server has not changed
since it was created (and the download machine doesn't run Windows).
The file size shoulf be 12624179, and the MD5 checksum should be:
2f5542019f4ff31251dd692ff12ba8ad.
