[plt-scheme] planet problems?

I'm not seeing any problems, but it is hard to try to reproduce with
just the below. FWIW, I tried:

  % ls redex.plt
  ls: redex.plt: No such file or directory
  % planet -d robby redex.plt 2 3
  Downloaded redex.plt package version 2.3
  % ls redex.plt
  redex.plt
