[plt-scheme] Newbie confused by cygwin compile

Since you only need MzScheme to use Quack, you don't need a Cygwin version
of MzScheme - at least I think you don't. Simply let Emacs start the normal
Windows version of MzScheme. The path must be something like
"/cygdrive/c/Programs/PLT/MzScheme.exe". believe case is important here.
