[plt-scheme] Utility for Windows

I'm a novice in Scheme and I'm trying to learn it using PLT.
I'd like to make my first contribute by signaling a little utility: XKeymacs.

It produces emacs key assignments for applications running on Windows.
It can also remap keys by modifiying the registry.
