[plt-scheme] DrScheme on a Unix server

Is it possible to install DrScheme (or mzscheme) in the user home directory,
without root privileges? I haven't seen a Unix program that doesn't do that,
but it sounds like PLT scheme requires the installer process to be run, and
the installer needs root.
