[plt-scheme] Are continuations discussed in HtDP?

Hi Steven,

It's been ages since I read Kamin's book, so I couldn't answer
authoritatively.  However, I have to imagine its coverage of type
inference, garbage collection, laziness (three major topics in my
course) are all much more reflective of when the book was
written... and I'm sure Web programming (the other major topic) isn't
there at all owing to the small problem of the Web not existing.

Of course, it's quite possible that Norman Ramsey will fix all this
and then there won't be any need for my book at all, so I can get back
to doing useful work. (-:
