[plt-scheme] creating .MID files

Hello

I have one at:

It's pretty much abandoned as I didn't like it's design - you have to 
read or write
a complete abstract syntax tree of the whole MIDI file which didn't seem 
complementary
with MIDI being a binary file format. This seemed to be the way that 
other MIDI libs for
Python and Ruby worked though.
