Oops -- I missed that you're running MzCom (despite the very clear
subject line!).

MzCom was never updated to use `find-library-collection-paths' to
initialize `current-library-collection-paths', so it isn't including
the add-ons directory.

I'll fix this. Meanwhile, I guess you know the workarounds.
