[plt-scheme] cvs ./install failing

I have now, and still kind of lost, so think I will take your advice. 
The only reason I thought I would use the cvs version was that when
there was a change it would be easy to update, get rid of old zo's and
reconfig/compile.  The nightly versions should work just as well.
