[plt-scheme] Paul Steckler

Paul Steckler left Northeastern PLT at the end of last month. 
I'd like to thank him here for five years of service. He was
responsible for almost all of the infrastructure work and 
contributed several tools on top of that. Thanks Paul. 

Eli Barzilay will take over Paul's position as of September 1. 
Many of you know Eli from Swindle and his postings to this group.

It is his moral duty to finish a dissertation on reflection in PRL
