[plt-scheme] Algol-60 and parser tools

It seems that algol60.plt is no more in sync with the lex/yacc 
parser-tools, probably due to the new parentheses convention in 
lex-abbrevs...
Or am I myself not in sync somewhere, it's so hot here...
