[plt-scheme] Installing Sgl

Hi,

I'm using DrScheme version 203. I downloaded sgl.plt and:
setup-plt sgl.plt
from my home directory.

Usually it creates a directory in PLTHOME/collects, installs and 
compiles any file (if needed). This time created a directory in current 
directory and extracted some file into it. Nothing more.

Is there any special install I need to do? I was not able to find any 
reference to anything unusual in docs.
