[plt-scheme] Clearing Open-Recent

(Aside: in the future, when you want to start a new thread, please start
a new thread, rather than replying to an unrelated message.  Unrelated

In the preferences dialog, Editing tab, General subtab, you can set the
length of the list.  I don't know of a way to clear old entries,
however.
