[plt-scheme] I want the old help desk back

Bookmark it? Clicking on a bookmark doesn't take very long. I 
personally have configured my browser so typing "gg foo" in the 
address field does a google search for "foo". I could use a 
bookmark or do the same for PLT scheme.
